Danny the Champion of the World

Danny lives with his father in a gypsy caravan, where his life is filled with car repairs and wondrous stories. His world changes when he discovers his father's secret poaching habit and joins him in a daring plot against a greedy landowner. Unlike many of Dahl's other works, this story is a realistic and heartfelt portrayal of the intense bond between a parent and child.
