Doctor Sleep

An adult Dan Torrance, still struggling with the trauma of his childhood and the legacy of his father's alcoholism, works at a hospice where he uses his psychic gifts to comfort the terminally ill. He forms a telepathic connection with Abra Stone, a young girl with powerful abilities who is being hunted by a nomadic cult called the True Knot. To save Abra, Dan must confront the ghosts of his past and his own internal demons.
